Comments will be forwarded to the email address on file. Monthly payouts are mailed to the address on file. A service fee of 43% is charged by ABGDE Limited Liability Company per comment and the minimum charge is $3.99 or higher as specified by the client at the time of signing up for the service. Clients can sign up for multiple services for different comment price, minimum $3.99.
